Established in 1951 with the original name Kitazawa Mfg and manufactured the first series of brass valve products with JIS standards. In the following years, Kitz expanded into casting steel valves, until 1975, the company was transformed into Kitazawa Valve Co., Ltd.
In the 1980s, following the development of the Japanese economy, Kitz expanded his business into markets and established companies in the US, Taiwan and Thailand.
